I have joyfully led yoga and meditation classes for twenty-eight years. My formal contemplative studies began mid-life. Yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra guided me into the depth and understanding of the Yoga; I teach through his grace.
I received mindfulness teacher training from Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach and graduated the program in 2021. I continue to learn and grow in Buddhist studies with the support of the Valley Insight Meditation Sangha, centered in Lebanon, NH.
With the love and support of family and friends, we birthed the Grace School of Yoga in 2009. Since then I have mentored many seekers through our teacher training program and daily classes. I continue to teach courses and lessons and lead meditations, through this website and in person, so that we may learn how to peacefully abide with others.
